Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our response times vary by plan:
• Pack START: 72h response time
• Pack LAUNCH: 48h response time
• Pack GROWTH: 24h response time
• Pack SCALE+: 12h response time
• Pack SUPPORT+: 12-48h depending on issue
Urgent issues are prioritized and may receive faster responses. Our SLA guarantees apply during business hours.
